The process begins with contacting the APOKALIPSA office. After receiving your request, we provide a detailed quote and complete information about each stage of repatriation. Based on the information provided, we handle all required formal and organizational procedures.
The required documentation depends on the country from which the deceased person is being transported. In addition to forms prepared by our office, local authorities may require civil status records or identity documents such as a passport or national ID card. We provide all necessary forms and full support in completing the documentation.

Cremation and funeral services

Exhumations and special procedures
We provide organization of exhumation of remains or an urn with ashes outside Poland. Please note that exhumations are seasonal services, which may result in longer administrative and logistical procedures.
In the case of exhumation abroad, we provide all required forms. It is also necessary to provide the deceased person's death certificate and a scan of the ID card of the person signing the contract.

Costs and pricing
The transport cost depends on many factors, including document processing, distance, and local fees. Some transports, for example air transport, are priced individually. For details, please contact the APOKALIPSA office.
Urn transport is usually the more economical repatriation option. However, please note that cremation abroad is usually significantly more expensive than cremation in Poland, which in some cases may increase the total cost compared with coffin transport.
